Bank account of WASET is on the name of an individual (Cemal Ardil, Ebru Ardil) having no home address

I send abstract to WASET, for my research paper and unbelievably it was accepted within two days for the final submission for “International Conference on Population & Development – 2011”. I prepared for final submission and wrongly send my final paper to WASTE without registration. I could not manage money for some days for registration. Mean time I logged on to your site. Now I know full ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of WASET. The Bank account of WASET is not on the name of organisation but it’s a individual bank account having no home address of the individual. Thanks to save my money around Rupees 35,000. I hope they should not publish my paper wrongly send to them on somebody’s name for the sake of money.

‘Fraud’ counts genius in turkey. and this is one of the biggest obstacle in front of the development of turkey’s scientific research.
yeah, even the professors and instructors do this as well.
this is a serious problem (for turkey) that must be taken into account and solved legally and seriously!

It seems true that in a lot of cases scientific research in Turkey is confused with “cheviri” = ‘translation’. So the only thing “scholars” do is learn the original language, and translate the publications in that language, and put them “as they are” into their “theses”; and of course, acquire their degrees and all the priviledges connected with them. And this all is just frustrating!
